Q1) HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?
Customer will require to contact us through whatsapp, let us know both pick up and drop off location and quantity of moving item to be moved. Please advise for additional stop.
Time needed for a moving is depending on various factors:-
- Quantity of moving items
- Heavy weighted items
- Protection services (as it might consume a lot of time depending on quantity)
- Residential support (distance to loading bay, efficiency of maintenance lift)
Q3) WHAT TYPE OF MOVING DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide household moving, office moving, warehouse moving, piano moving, safety box moving & event/exhibition roadshow moving.
Q4) HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Our payment terms are cash on the spot / bank transfer.
Q5) CAN I MOVE ON A PUBLIC HOLIDAY?
Our operation hours are from 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday) and we’re close on Public Holidays. The reason we wont be able to provide moving services due to that some building management will not allow any moving in/ moving out activities on Public Holidays, plan your moving date well with us and with your management to avoids any unwanted inconvenience.
